Supreme Court Order – Mobile Phone Usage Restriction
रिट याचिका संख्या (सिविल) 202/1995 के साथ सहबद्ध I.A. No. 20650/2023 में माननीय उच्चत्तम न्यायालय नई दिल्ली द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 17.11.2025 के प्रस्तर 48.5 प्रभावी अंश “Use of mobile phones within tourism zones of the core habitat of tiger reserves should not be permitted;” के अनुपालन मे कार्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व के अन्तर्गत पर्यटन जोनों में मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रतिबन्धित किया जाता है।
Writ Petition No. (Civil) 202/1995 along with connected I.A. No. 20650/2023 In compliance with the effective portion of the order dated 17-11-2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of New Delhi in paragraph 48.5: “Use of mobile phones within tourism zones of the core habitat of tiger reserves should not be permitted;” The use of mobile phones in the tourism zones falling under Corbett Tiger Reserve is hereby immediately prohibited with effect from the date of this order.
