Supreme Court Order – Mobile Phone Usage Restriction

  1. रिट याचिका संख्या (सिविल) 202/1995 I.A. No. 20650/2023 में माननीय उच्चत्तम न्यायालय नई दिल्ली द्वारा दिनांक 17.11.2025 को निर्णय पारित किया है जिसके प्रभावी अंशः- “48.5 Use of mobile phones within tourism zones of the core habitat of tiger reserves should not be permitted;”
  2. In Writ Petition (Civil) No. 202/1995, I.A. No. 20650/2023, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, passed a judgment on November 17, 2025, the relevant portion of which states: “48.5 Use of mobile phones within tourism zones of the core habitat of tiger reserves should not be permitted;”
  3. उपरोक्त आदेश के अनुपालन में कॉर्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व के अंतर्गत पर्यटन जोनों में मोबाइल फोन का प्रयोग पूर्णतः निषिद्ध है।
  4. In compliance with the above order, the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the tourism zones within Corbett Tiger Reserve.
  5. समस्त पर्यटकों से सादर अनुरोध है कि वह कॉर्बेट टाइगर रिज़र्व में सफारी के दौरान अपने साथ मोबाइल फोन न लाये। सफारी में प्रवेश से पूर्व अपने मोबाइल फ़ोन को अपने गंतव्य स्थान पर ही रखकर आये।
  6. All tourists are respectfully requested not to bring mobile phones with them during their safari in Corbett Tiger Reserve. Please leave your mobile phones at your accommodation before entering the safari area.
  7. समस्त पर्यटकों/आगंतुकों को ऑनलाइन आरक्षित परमिट की हार्ड कॉपी (प्रिंट आउट) एवं वैध पहचान पत्र (Orginal ID) प्रवेश के समय संबंधित गेट/स्वागत प्रभारी को प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।
  8. All tourists/visitors are required to present a hard copy (printout) of their online reserved permit and a valid identity card (original ID) to the concerned gate/reception in-charge at the time of entry.
